Job Title: Kitchen & Bath Designer
Job Location: Sterling, VA

Job Duties: Create designs for the company’s kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects using design software; confer with clients to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and function; use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to produce construction documents; coordinate and work with contractors and engineers to ensure successful completion of projects; review and detail shop drawings for remodeling plans; estimate material requirements and costs, and present designs to clients for approval. 

Requirements: Position requires Associate’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Interior Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming or Web Design.  Position also requires at least 3 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of CAD Designer. The required experience must have been gained in a company that is engaged in providing construction or remodeling services.
